Health care isn’t a 9-to-5 career. As a 24/7 employer, MultiCare offers day, evening, night and weekend shifts ranging from on-call to full-time.
Shifts vary by department and location. Across our system, you’ll find 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Or, choose an on-call position with the flexibility to fit work around your other priorities.
Another great option is our innovative weekend-only schedule. With this schedule, you’ll work two 12-hour shifts, leaving time for school, family or other important pursuits. The best part—you’ll get paid for 36 hours! You’ll also qualify for our full benefits package, including our generous paid time off program.
