College Programs
Each year, over 1,500 college students spend time at MultiCare to gain experience in a clinical environment. We have one of the largest and most successful RN Residency programs on the West Coast, and we also hire Pharmacy Residents, Marketing Interns, Compliance Auditors and more.

Job Shadows
A job shadow is the perfect opportunity to learn more about a specific career in health care. It can also help fulfill the career exploration requirements to gain admission into some health care programs. Clinical Rotations/Preceptorships
These rotations are coordinated through our Student Placement office and require a contract with your school. For more information, contact your academic advisor.
Each of these programs requires that you complete an application, pass a background check and complete our health evaluation. This is to ensure a safe environment for you, our employees and our patients.
